How to Calculate VAT
To add VAT: Multiply the net price by (1 + VAT rate / 100). For example, £100 with 20% VAT = £100 × 1.20 = £120.
To remove VAT (reverse VAT): Divide the gross price by (1 + VAT rate / 100). For example, £120 ÷ 1.20 = £100 net.
